Training Consultant – Leicestershire

Salary: £40,000- £50,000 + Car + Benefits including PHI, Pension, Life Cover

Position Summary:

Do you have a flair for training and a particular interest in tax? Whether you’re new to the game or already a talented speaker we want to hear from you!

Previous training or tax experience is not essential, however you will need to be an ambitious, dynamic, enthusiastic qualified accountant, with a genuine desire to teach tax to others.

The role includes:

Delivering practical training courses covering a range of tax subjects
Ensuring all course participants have a positive enjoyable learning experience (group sizes are restricted to typically to 5-20 participants
Influencing course content and due to the practical nature of the courses there are no syllabus restrictions
Assisting Mercia’s tax technical team with writing and editing course materials and publications

What we are looking for:

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT
Excellent communication skills
Strong Technical knowledge with the ability to make others understand
Enthusiastic self starter
Willingness to travel throughout the UK
