You simply answer a series of questions, following clear guidance notes, and the programme inserts all of your details so that it becomes your own practical staff manual. This manual can be generated and distributed to your staff. The generated manual will contain links to all relevant forms (ie sickness and absence, etc). You can tailor and upload your own forms as required. When you want to update your manual just make any necessary changes and generate a new version. You can use it to set your own internal standards, supported by relevant policies and procedures. You can be confident of its relevance through regular updates that reflect changes in employment legislation.

HRmanager is simple to implement and ideal for all SMEs. Our system allows you to set-up unlimited client accounts for a fixed monthly fee.
