Regional Specialist Courses
Mercia plan two regional specialist programmes a year. HR courses such as Disciplinary and Grievance, Recruitment, Absence Management, Equal Opportunities and Making Flexible Working Work can be included in the programmes. Courses running in training programmes start from £80 plus VAT.

In House Courses
We can run in house courses at a venue of your choice at a cost of £800 plus travelling expenses per half day. Tailored courses can also be presented. Development costs are based on £750 per day.

HR Client Seminars
Client Seminars are a good way to promote your practice and for anyone running a successful business HR makes an excellent topic. If you would like to offer your clients a general or specific update on new or complex employment legislation we can deliver a tailored course at a cost of £800 per half day. Alternatively we can provide you with a presentation pack (a set of notes and PowerPoint presentation) from just £70 plus VAT.

This would be an ideal way to promote your own in house HR service or introduce a new support mechanism for your clients.
