Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Free Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and representatives of the promoter, its partners and anyone connected with this promotion.

The closing date for entries is the 30.04.07.

One entry per accountancy firm.

The draw is organised by Mercia Group Limited. Mercia Group Limited is known as the data processor. The information you supply will be used for the purpose of processing your entry into this free prize draw.

The prize draw will be supervised by an independent judge and will take place on the 01.05.07. The winner will be drawn at random on the 01.05.07.

The prize consists of:

• other totalSOLUTION services for a year (as listed on www.yourfirmonline.co.uk at 30.4.07) to an equivalent value of £1200, or
  
  
• if you are an existing totalSOLUTION customer then we’ll simply cancel your DD mandate for a year or you can subscribe to additional services to the value of £1200.

The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the prize draw. The entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements included in the promotional material. The judge's decision is final.
