Clarified ISA Update Courses
Following the clarity project, the APB issued new ISAs (UK & Ireland) in October 2009. These standards must be applied for audits of periods ending on or after 15 December 2010 at the latest. This course will involve looking at how the Mercia methodology has incorporated the changes to ensure your audit work is compliant.
On completion of the course, participants will understand both the additional requirements of the new ISAs and also the current (now clarified) areas where regulators suggest the existing ISAs are not being adequately complied with. Furthermore, they will be able to apply the changes in documentation and approach in an effective manner.
