What does the pack contain?
  • Step-by-step guide, to marketing the service and implementing an EMI option.
  • Your personal legal contact and lawyers fee schedule.
  • Questionnaires, to enable you to ask the right questions of your client and obtain sufficient information for the legal documentation to be prepared.
  • Two sets of cue cards to explain various aspects of EMI to:
    - A client; and
    - A potential recipient of an option.
  • PowerPoint presentations to be used as an alternative to, or in conjunction with, the cue cards.
  • Letters to use at various stages in the implementation of an EMI option.
  • Help sheets, which are linked to the questionnaires.
  • Legislation and Revenue guidance, which are linked to the help sheets.

Digital format included
You may use the pack either in a hard copy format or in its digital form. Using it on screen will have the advantage of using the embedded links between the various parts of the pack.

Costs
£450 (£395*) annual subscription plus VAT

The price includes all updates for a twelve month period. Any changes will be supplied free of charge with any updates. You may renew or cancel the subscription at the end of each year.

*A member is a firm who pay an annual subscription (based upon the size of their practice) to belong to a Mercia training group. This does not include firms who buy season tickets.
