What's Included?

This manual includes guidance notes, engagement letters, example reports and work programmes that cover client money audits under the:

• Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Estate Agents (Accounts) Regulations 1981 (EAAR);
• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Rules of Conduct;
• National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Rules of Conduct;
• Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Byelaws; and
• National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) Accounting Standards.

Cost

There is a one-off fee for the right to use and copy the documentation dependent on the number of Responsible Individuals (RIs) for audit purposes at the firm. Where the firm is not registered for audit purposes the sole practitioner fee will apply.

This fee provides you with a course containing all the documentation in electronic format.

Annual Update Fee

You will be automatically enrolled in our online update service. No charge is made for any updates issued from the date of purchase until 30 June.

Subsequent updates are covered by an all encompassing annual fee, invoiced on 1 July each year, which is dependent on the number of RIs at the firm.

Requirements

Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista 64 and 32 bit, Windows 7 64 and 32 bit.

Applications: Full version of Microsoft Word 2000 or above (both 64 bit and 32 bit Office 2010 are included).
