The estate agents SAM covers the:
- Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Estate Agents (Accounts) Regulations 1981 (EAAR);
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Rules of Conduct;
- National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Rules of Conduct;
- Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Byelaws; and
- National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) Accounting Standards.

Cost
The manual costs £195 (£145*).
Annual Update Fee
You can enjoy peace of mind by subscribing to our updating service, which provides you with the assurance that your manual will be updated as needed on a timely basis. The annual update fee is £52.50 (£47.50*) and will be invoiced on 1 July each year to cover all updates issued in the subsequent twelve months.
