Technical Manuals

The table below shows the dates of the most recent update to our technical manuals.  You can check whether your manuals correspond with these in a number of ways, against:

• the version number included in the folder name of the manual after installation
• the date printed at the bottom (left) of your manual documentation
• the date generated at the bottom of your Creator documents
  
  

If the dates below do not correspond with your manuals please contact Karina Mikolajczyk at karina@mercia-group.co.uk with details of the relevant manuals.

Accessing your technical manuals

When an update to a technical manual is issued, we will email news of the update to the contact at your firm who is responsible for your technical manual subscription. They will have received news of how to access the update by logging in to our website via the link in the top right hand corner of this webpage.

It is important therefore that we have up to date contact details for the person in your firm who is responsible for your technical manual subscriptions. If the contact details for your manuals need to be changed or if you would just like to check that they are up to date please email Karina Mikolajczyk at karina@mercia-group.co.uk or call her on 0116 258 1200.
