Mercia

David works as part of Mercia's technical team lecturing on a range of audit and accounts courses. He is a member of Mercia's Audit Manual Committee and is responsible for the Academies Specialist Assignment Manual. Prior to joining Mercia in May 2010, David spent eight years working in practice, starting out at Dexter & Sharpe in Lincolnshire before spending six years at Grant Thornton where he was responsible for managing a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients and was involved in the delivery of training at GT's national training centre.

In his spare time David enjoys swimming and watching sport. He lives in Nottingham with his wife, Leanne, and their daughter, Sophia.
