Mercia

Karen joined Mercia in 2005 as Training Group Manager for its Scottish division. Her current role is now as the Marketing Administrator of the Scottish division. She chose to pursue a career in training and development having spent a number of years working in both the retail and accountancy industries. Karen also delivers interpersonal skills and management development training - believing in the power of positive communication.

Karen is a passionate follower of F1, meaning she does get up in the middle of the night to watch the eastern races!, and makes sure she never misses a race. She and her husband, Eric, live in Aberdeen. To relax they both enjoy cooking good food and the odd glass of red wine.
