Mike Rees MBCS CITP
Mike joined Mercia in 1991 as an IT specialist. He previously worked with one of the ‘big 5’ firms where he provided IT consultancy to clients ranging from PLC’s to OMB’s in a variety of sectors.
His role within Mercia includes providing training on an array of applications software, assisting with in house systems analysis and development, and providing consultancy advice to clients.
Mike is married to Kathryn, a qualified teacher and they have a son, Jonathon, who is also a qualified teacher.
Mike and Kathryn enjoy the ups and downs of the Coca-Cola Championship and are regular visitors to the Ricoh Arena – home of the Sky Blues. They like going to remote islands and apart from trips to islands abroad, are also regular visitors to the Isles of Scilly.
