Michelle Syson

Head of Client Success & Operations Performance

Michelle is one of Mercia's Training Events Managers. She is responsible for managing a number of training programmes around the UK.

Before joining Mercia, Michelle was an Audit Manager with Deloitte in their Nottingham office for five years. Michelle also gained experience in Learning & Development at Deloitte in their London office including course and event management and presenting courses.

In her spare time Michelle enjoys live music and theatre both singing in a band and performing in musicals. Michelle has recently completed two diplomas in Psychology and Advanced Psychology and she enjoys spending weekends and holidays taking trips around the UK and abroad.
